'“I love it and it has been one of my favorite workouts. Such a great workout and makes me feel so strong. I enjoy using weights and like the fact that there are little bursts of cardio as well."
“The instructor was so friendly and helpful showing me the moves. I had been wanting to try a class that incorporated more strength training and weights and this was perfect. The was a perfect combo of weights, cardio and strength. Loved it and will be back again.”
“I love this class format! I like how the class is broken up by a few strength blocks (circuits) to make the class go by fast. And it’s a true full-body workout - you can tell the programming is intentional and you work every muscle group at least once.”
